Mission
As a ministry of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in response to Christ's love and example, the Cumberland Presbyterian Children's Home exists to provide a safe and wholesome environment for the development of children and to bring healing and hope to children and their families.

- 6th Annual Fall Family Festival: Bring your family and join the fun at Cumberland Presbyterian Children's Home's 6th Annual Fall Family Festival on Saturday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is FREE, and there are plenty of fun activities and displays for kids and grown-ups to enjoy. Some of the favorites include festival food, a hayride to the pumpkin patch, a petting zoo, and a truck from the Denton Fire Department. - NEW! "Twogether in Texas" Pre-marital Education Classes: We are excited to begin offering pre-marital education classes in September! These classes are part of the State of Texas' "Twogether in Texas" program, which offers a large discount on marriage license fees to couples who complete eight hours of pre-marital education. - Love and Logic Parent Training: Learn how to raise responsible, respectful and fun-to-be-around kids with Love and Logic parenting! Our next class, which focuses on ages 6 and up, is on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $35/person plus $10 for a class workbook.
